I started looking at masks to try out. Since the mask that I gave to the elder one was too large, it was adult-sized and she felt comfortable wearing it because it didn’t press her face, she prefers wearing loose-fitting masks. Not a good idea considering that the COVID 19 still does not have a vaccine yet.
So, I once watched this YouTube video that the mask can be made with a band around the head and some velcro to make it adjustable of sorts.
I was apprehensive about using denim even though it can hold the shapes better than just cotton. However, it does filter slightly better than cotton and I can always make the mask with the slot for filters. Another one done by the same uploader included how to decorate it with lace. It caught my heart and now I do want to use the old jeans that are lying around.
Now, for those prefer to buy, this pair looks viable. For the fashionista in you, a mask with a headband looks cool.
Or the mask can be used to tie the hair.
