So, I have been thinking of changing my career path or rather progress towards the HR roles. Yet, I have no idea how to transit to that from my current role since experience is usually a factor.
Searching online for ideas, I came across the same maxim; transferable skills. Having been in this line of training for a number of years, I feel that it is time to progress to something. I like planning and wondering if I am up for it. I sure hope to get into a corporate with someone to learn from if I ever get into that position.
I like to see how I can improve training courses despite having the limited amount of training that I have been receiving. It costs money to undertake the courses that I want to pick up.
For the sake of my family and kids, I really want to move on to something that I can learn from and keep learning.
