Vodafone Loses iPhone Court Case

While I don’t have an iPhone, it seems that telcos are fighting for users to distribute in Germany. Vodafone lost iPhone court case where it can’t distribute iPhones to its customers. Business is tough.

Apple still faces two lawsuits in the US from people alleging that preventing users unlocking their iPhones is an unreasonable restriction of consumer choice.

I’m quite thankful that I’m the consumer but as a consumer, I’m limited to only one telco for my iPhone. That isn’t right. Just like my dislike for M1 refusing to reward its customers to keep them.
